For a long time now - since 2002 Stoke on Trent has been baying for a Mid-week fetish night that cuts it some. At long last on a dank and rainy Thursday night we have had our calls duly answered. Thanks to a worthy colaboration between Club Atlantis and Mistress Keket we now have Hard Pink....
To those that may hold reservations re Club Atlantis' last venture into providing a fetish/BDSM night - you can rest assured all previous issues have been duly addressed.
Having attended the previous event and been sorely dissapointed - Arwen and I attended Hard Pink with an purely open mind.
On arrival we were soon greeted by Mistress Keket who gave us the obliglatory tour. It soon became aware that this was indeed a much imrproved and thouroughly re-visited venue.
The downstairs area was very much party atmosphere with music in the bar/dancefloor arera playing, DJ Ed paid much attention to the guests requests and advice on what to play etc, for his first time Dj at a fetish night I think he did rather well and deserves credit t'boot.
Upstairs - the recent refurb showed a disticnt difference to its previous state. A couple of quiet rooms , sumptuous seating and a more chillaxed atmosphere, up here the music was more in the background leaving folk free to talk more easily and have more intimate play.
The play area were spread over the 2 floors and all equipment - comfy,sturdy and well made - all got used at many points during the night. With DM's monitoring all night and pretty much redundant as and when the equipment was used, it was by experienced players. Also "scene ettiquette" was observed by all attending.
At around midnight what can only be described as a Chav burst in and started gobbing off.....It quickly became apparent he was the angle-grinding cabaret act for our entertainment, very funny and impressive was he indeed after showering the room with sparks he left only to return an hour or so later to do a "Burlesque" routine and some more grinding...A most entertaining and refreshing act for sure, compared to the mainstream acts in clubland at the moment.
All those I spoke to had enjoyed their' evening as did we too along with the rest of the Stoke Munch 8 that were there . The atmosphere was close and very friendly very much like the clubs of the turn of the century(2k). All the staff of Atlantis, hosts and DM's tried very hard and succeeded in pulling off a most cosy night indeed.
So perves of Stoke On Trent and Middle England, make space in your lives for Hard Pink as your new mid-week event to be at, and lets make it work and evolve into the great event that I know it could become.

Yes it sure is great to have a Fetish/BDSM night in Stoke-On-Trent, we now have a club that only takes us 15 minutes to get to, instead of the usual hour! And it was a good fun night, and the staff were wonderful and asked for feedback which they are going to take on board to make it even better for next time! It was also great to see friends we hadn't seen for ages and make new ones. And once again thanks to Mistress for a wonderful night, she sure is amazing! Wow at long last a club local to stoke-on-trent its about time we had something local in our area,we just need loads of people to attend then we can go from strength to stength,lets get stoke on the fetish map.
And hi to everyone who attended,hope we have great times every month.

How great to have a club near us at last. What a great night ,the hosts made sure the atmosphere was just right with all observing the scenes dress code. Respect was shown for peoples play and it was very relaxed. The night was made extra special by my two subs and my maid who attended with me, all the friends from the munch, friends from ceasers and of course new friends made. I hope the club continues and we will see more and more people there.

This is their first since "The Realm" closed its doors. It was a great night and we look forward to many more. The Atlantis website forecasts that it is to be a monthly event on the 3rd Thursday of each month, which is Ironic because that is the day that "Republique" used to run on - I hope it has the same success!! I'm just a bastard, at least I admit it. | |

Hi all, Babs & I attended the 1st running of this Hard Pink event on Thu 16th July. We had a very enjoyable evening, met some existing friends, chatted to a few potential new friends ... and of course got to have a nice bit of a play on the equipment provided. The play space is spread over 2 floors, with enough different & varied pieces of equipment to keep most players very happy.
The selection of music played by the DJ was great, and really helped with my "rhythm" when 'entertaining' Babs There are lots of comfy seats & sofa's to sit & chill out on, as well as some secluded areas for those that wanted to get "more intimate" in their fun. Overall this was an event that had the feel of a welcoming house party and it's one that we'll be returning to again. Life is for living, so untie your self imposed chains, go out & grab it with both hands, give it a good shake & a spanking .. or .. to quote Oscar Wilde .. “The only way to get rid of temptation is to yield to it. Resist it & your soul grows sick with longing for the things it has forbidden itself" | |

Just want to say thanks for the very encouraging feedback from you folks. Please let us know if there's anything we can do to make the event even better for you (short of free entry and complimentary beer  ).Also, we'd love to receive playlists of the music you love to play to. Here's to the next Hard Pink - Thursday 20th August.
