Not really a lot to report.
Was a tad naughty two weeks ago and gained 2lbs, which I suppose wasn't too bad, was my first gain in 16 weeks.
Last week I lost 1lb and this week I lost 4lbs ![]()
So, up to week 18 and I've lost a total of 3st 11lbs (53lbs) and my short term goal is fast approaching.. To lose 4st by July 25th which is our annual family BBQ. Got 11 days to lose 3lbs

Good going, weight lost steadily like this is more likely to be a permanent loss than losing loads in a short time scale. |
