Mike has just 'phoned and asked me to post: He's trying to contact the pub to see whether they still have the gazebo which could shelter the barbeque. If they do the barbeque will go ahead. If not then the barbeque-ing bit wo'n't happen as they do not have a suitable kitchen indoors but the munch will. Of course this current rainfall might disappear... Met. Office says "Outbreaks of rain, heavy and thundery in places gradually easing from the west during the night but staying rather cloudy." We suggest that you use your own judgement as to whether or not you bring items that require cooking. If you were planning to bring, or can bring, ready-cooked stuff then please do that. Come along anyway as, even if everyone is indoors, there will be a lovely crowd of people to meet/re-meet and socialise with. xxx Jade

The munch will be going ahead and all being well we will light the BBQs too! Even if the BBQs don't get lit there will be dozens of bread rolls and salad that will need eating! So come along | ||
