This might be a good question for CLB! Does anyone have a solution to blemished bots/spotty bots? I've gone down the sudocreme path however I always feel a bit eeww about using that as infantilism isn't my thing. Any tips to keep my arse spot/blemish free (excluding the beautiful bruises of course!).

Exercise, just dont sit on it so much

Now although this sounds amazing, it just seems a tad too much for the odd botty pimple... a good scrub with a brillo or some such abrasive should do it ;)

If you've not already tried it, then get thee to Lush and purchase a Buffy the Backside slayer. It's great for exfoliating and toning the skin, and smells lovely too. :-D

ETA: It smells yummy but not girlyish so blokes are safe to use it without feeling obliged to where manscara and guyliner as a consequence (tongue firmly in cheek as I say this) ;-)

Edited again to realise the gaffe I just made - aw sod it - it sounds funny so I'll leave the gaffe there for you all to mock me

I hear you on the sudocreme; district nurses keep recommending it for a sore incision site and some tiny part of my psyche is rebelling against the very thought...

Bum spots as with back/chest spots etc, don't try to squeeze them unless they're really VERY obviously about to actually pop, keep clean and dry, normal hygeine rules apply, and yep a bit of sun (don't get burnt!) works wonders.

I don't naughty.

Exfoliation and moisturising works.

I also swear by allowing air to get to my skin - so sleeping naked, cotton undies and non-allergenic soaps and washing powder/conditioner.

The lack of oxygen to your skin by wearing synthetic fibre and tight trousers irritates the sweat glands and hair follicles. Chemicals in washing powder and conditioner sit close to your skin all day, which can also lead to irritation.
