my arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh experience today, as opposed to aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh, (sigh) was also with a bank. HSBC; they are consistently expensive, and rubbish. They had an old mobile number which they omitted to change on their records when told...someone tried to call me, couldn't obviously, and so what does some idiot do?.....they put a stop on my account. I go into the branch and the manager says; 'i can't do nuffing cos its all dealt with centrally'.....but i send you emails almost every day with my current details on....'yeah, well i dont read that' WHAT! aaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrgh!!
