Tell me about it - the AA map says the A road continues past the roundabout next to the Black Bull beer garden but all local maps indicate that it morphs into a more pedestrianised area at the same point. I understand your frustration!

There are many paths to take, each one spitting into many other paths. Some run in similar directions, others turn off in very different directions. Some may even converge again. You never know where you path will take you, or how long you will have to walk it. Gary x.

True, the title reminded me of Stairway to Heaven, that's all. Also reminded me of the Road To Hell, that waily one that starts 'The Road is Looooong', but figured Stairway to Heaven was the more uplifting of the three
