I'm still trying to get my head round this...the implication that if you are not as "nature" intended - even though you are assigned a new gender *now* - you are morally obliged to announce it.
May I ask: Of the PDs that have had breast enhancements, how many of you announce it? And if you do, at what point do you reveal this? (e.g On your website? When the appointment is made? When the client arrives?)
Edited to rephrase a bit.

It's a real difficult one as I said.
I can see your take on it.However, I know quite a few subs who would choose not to see a TS domme. Whether or not people approve of that view, it's a fact of life and is actually quite a biggie for them (I include myself in that as I said in a previous post) and I guess what we are suggesting is that it's not unreasonable for them to be given that choice - especially as has been said that they are paying a fair amount of money for something which may be quite intimate.
The breast enhancement is a different issue. It's not going to be such a (ahem) big thing for the sub

Doesn't that make them look a little odd?
Seriously though, if your adverts are part of the "selling" process isn't the principle the same? After all, a client could desire large breasts as part of his fantasy/requirements, so shouldn't you be morally obliged to tell him that you raided a fruit and veg stall for them (ok last bit wasn't serious, but you know what I mean).

It seems to come down to "who has the greater right" (as do most things really). Breast enhancements Vs. natural breasts might not be a big deal for some/most, but it may be verrrrrrrrrrrrry important for others, and by the same token previous gender might be important for some/most and not matter a jot to others.
Whilst I can understand both sides I really don't think it's a "moral" thing at all.

In any profession, you have a duty to tell your client anything which they would want to know.

How does personA know what personB wants to know? If my waterpipe bursts, I don't need to know that my qualified plumber used to be a carpenter.

It's not clear that plumbers are professionals rather than tradesmen. One way to tell would be whether they feel professionally bound to explain how things could be done cheaper than the work you're asking them to do (ie something you'd want to know but haven't actually asked about.)
It's clear from threads like this that a significant number of men would want to know about the issue the OP raised.

I am fairly sure that a client wouldn't be confused, conflicted, or upset to realise that the the breasts hovering near his face are enhanced. He might be a tad disappointed, or even more thrilled, but it isn't going to make him question himself or distrust other Mistresses' breasts. If a qualified plumber started to tell me that my shelves were wonky I wouldn't consider him to be anymore professional.
I agree that many men would want to know (hell, I'd want to know if anyone I was consider having a personal relationship with had gender reassignment too), but I don't agree that it is the PDs job to predict whether or not the client wants to know - he should ask if it's not obvious but is important to him.

...unless natural breasts are important to him, in which case he might feel very much like that.
