My partner finally got her degree result yesterday and came out with a 2.1 which we are over the moon with and it was so worth the wait! She is the first person in her family to get a degree and it will count for a lot in her career which starts later this month.
It's a weight off my mind too because four years ago I pushed for her to drop the quite random qualification she was doing when I met her and to take a subject with job opportunities ahead of it.
Although she is dyslexic, her written work always improved over time and she had the confidence to hand in a 10,000 word dissertation at the end without me having to proofread it for her.
V, I am bloody proud of you and at this moment probably half the population of IC have their fingers down their throats in your honour

I was the first graduate ever in my family, so I know how big that is. Well done her! You should never fight the feeling.........you have to follow nature's law. | |
