Dear Spirifer, you're right, of course, that we certainly won't hear the last of all this until Strasbourg has ruled, and probably not even then. But what are we adding that's constructive by going on with this shemozzle here and now? Let Pervert Eye publish and be damned (which, with luck, it will be). The time for further comment here may be post-Strasbourg. Meanwhile, let's care for our friends and fellows who actually went through last year's horrors by doing all we can not to push pressure their way, which we do when we keep on raising all the old stuff. Certainly, but it was interesting to see Panorama, if only to assess the stance taken.
I have received a reply from Clive Coleman; he seems to think that he was just as challenging to the NOTW as he was to Max Mosley.

SLS - Dunno Max's politics. Nor do I care, because he's not canvassing for 'political office'. (ie, control over us!)
In which case, his views are none of my business. Likewise, his private life activities. Max has the right that both remain private, whatever they happen to be. IMO.
