Unfortunately, the only way to clear those rumours up would be for them to come forward and tell all, so to speak, which would essentially be playing into the same kiss-and-tell culture.

Whilst it sells newspapers and magazines, there is no incentive for the press not to pry into people's personal lives.

I personally hated the whole tone of the programme, whereby it was made out as if people have the 'right' to know about other people's personal lives, irrespective of their job. There is a reason why they are called 'personal lives' - because it's no one else's business.

Different kettle of fish really, if you publish something in the publci domain and you get indentified, then thats the risk you run by doing it.

What you do behind closed doors in privacy should remain private unless its illegal or the person/s committing what ever act/s have publically opposed it.

If Martin I see snuff movies Salter had been involved in the commissioning of extreme pornography, and kept quiet about it, the news media would actually be derelict in their duty to report that information. There would be an undeniable need to serve the public interest.

There definately needs to be a clear distinction between "of interest to the public", i.e. titilation and "public interest" where the public should know. I believe that MM will be successful at Strasburg.

I certainly am aware of the consequences of putting details online. Even if deleted there are web log archives that archive EVERYTHING and unless you're a techi, you can't remove permanently from the internet.

My website which is my blog is all about my scene life only. I believe it is reasonable to expect that only those people who are looking for me or who are into my world would come across it, as is the case with sites where I appear in video footage.

When it comes to what I class as my private life and my family, there is absolutely nothing online. I don't use Facebook or any similar sites.
