My sister Candy was put to sleep to day, she was a 17 year old golden retriever, the vet said he'd never seen a golden retriever live that long. She seemed fine until a few days ago when she stopped eating and seemed a bit depressed, she still had a very good regular heart beat and she didn't seem to have any other problems other then losing to much weight. I miss her already, I know that Echo will miss her also and the short time Avalon has been with us I think she had grown fond of Candy, I don't know if Suki or Mylo will take any notice though.

I'm sorry for your loss, its hard loosing a pet. I remember how I felt when we had to have Toby put down. I can't have another dog due to my living and working arrangements. |
