Okay, not entirely lost it completely but 24 hours and only 1 cigarette, i decided to go and buy the patches, which are fine only I've just had a dream about not buying Dot Cotton or my "sister" Jacqueline a christmas present...
Jacqueline of course isn't one of my sisters name, she's a sister of a school friend of mine, how she managed to sneak into my dreams I have no idea. I can understand Dot Cotton, I mean if you watch Eastenders, it's natural for any decent human being to be worried about her, poor woman.
Then I woke up, obviously feeling guilty because I didn't buy them gifts...
Yep, lost it.

Don't know when you're putting the patches on ... but if they're 24 hour ones, do it first thing in the morning as they're notorious for giving you weird dreams. By the end of the day they've lost some of their potentcy. M xxx |

There is a new patch out, its nicorette 16 hour invisible one, seemingly it is getting a good report, i was told about it last night at stop smoking class....i used the 24 hour one before and had really strange dreams, but some were rather enjoyable  If you go through life with your head in the sand, all people will see, is an arse |

I am glad I am not the only one to have totally weird dreams. Dreams where people from different aspects and eras of my life are together and are the 'wrong' age. Dreams where people I know are playing different roles and dreams with 'extras' in - where do they come from - who casts the shop keeper or the bus conductor in your dreams. All the best with the patches - they must be better than smoking. Nick |
