Hi folks,
I know some of you share my frustrations on the lack of availability of wide foot/calf fitting boots. In particular kinky boots are hard to come by unless you are willing to shell out for custom made ones. I am thinking about ordering from these people. I just noticed they sell on ebay too and charge £6.98 on there for postage, the prices on there are cheaper than on the website too. How odd is that? I have wide calves and got some stretchy thigh boots from Retail Therapy - an ebay shop. I emailed them first to check on calf width. Love them.
I hate boot buying with my fat calves. You can only perceive real beauty in a person as they get older. Anouk Aimee | ||

Yes, I find it difficult to fit my chunky little calves into boots. And as for foot width - I'm off the Clark's scale. I took a gamble and ordered some boots made by Vagabond off www.shoeshop.com and they are just about wide enough. Only a 3 or 4 inch heel which means they do for both fetish and street wear. The lacing up the back is a major feature of the design and I love them. Problem is, all the shoe manufacturers who specialise in wide fitting footware seem to think that only fuddy duddies have wide feet. Not true - lots of folks who want to be trendy or kinky can have wide feet too but this seems to be overlooked by designers. | ||

all my footwear come from evans except for my trainers. I need the wide fit and wide calfs that they offer |
