I soooo agree with this!
I'm real...not a "real sub", a "real X", or a "realy Y". I'm just really me, and I can't possibly get that wrong! So, I'm confidently, really, and truly ME! |

Ah yes epona but I'm now going to confuse you
Do you eat food? Do you drink liquids? Do you go to the toilet? Do you breathe in and breathe out? If you do all these things you will be aware that the 'not you' that you breathe in, eat and drink are becoming part of you and part of you is constantly going down the toilet every day Thus, like everyone else, you are constantly changing and whilst it is possible to see the difference of the 'you' at 50 from the 'you' at 25 these smaller changes are less perceptible to the naked eye but at every moment you are both 'you' and 'not you' because even a nanosecond makes a difference where life is concerned.
Apart from that most people are talking about others thoughts when they refer to them as 'unreal' when it may be more appropriate to use the word 'unrealistic'.

LOL that didn't confuse me at all! I have been changing every second of every day since I was born, of course! That doesn't make me any less the REAL me! TBH, even the mental me has been changing hugely recently, so much so that I hardly recognise the me that was. Doesn't make that me any less real, just no longer me! |

How very true,
Gary. Everyone who lives dies, but not everyone who dies has truly lived.
