Yesterday was glorious. I dragged my hungover, aching-from-pole-dance-moves-I'm-no-good-at-yet body out of bed into beautiful sunshine. A bacon-orientated breakfast in the park, followed by a cupcake made almost entirely of chocolate buttercream. Delish. After some more lounging in the sun we went for a wander in the village before joining up with 2 other friends: one female and one bottle shaped.
We then proceeded to lounge in the sunshine or dappled shade, slowly moving our blankets across the park as the shadows got longer and the wine glasses emptier.
After some more lounging on the chairs outside Apples, the day ended in a margurita and tequila shots haze.
It's a hard life, but we struggle on, eh?

Can't beat a good 'lounge'...Take it from me,I'm an expert However...Even for a cold blooded reptile such as myself,this weather can zap every last ounce out of you,and don't forget sunscreen!...
Lounge away...but lounge 'safe'...

Indeed it was a glorious lounging day yesterday, I think it's the best way to spend a Sunday after a very busy Saturday, especially when it starts with bacon, cooked by someone else  Weblog: Spring is definitely here | |
