I know you guys are probably getting bored with my running commentary but here goes for this week.
Another 5lb off 
I'm not quite sure how as I was only expecting a couple of pounds but I'm more than happy with the result. I just need 3lb off for next week and that will bring me up to a loss of three stone.
I've dropped a cup size; have gone from a DD to a D cup and my waist is now down by four inches but still nothing from my legs which I'm now getting hugely pissed off about.. And to look at me you wouldn't think I've lost 39lbs 
But hey ho.
My hospital appointment came through from the foot specialist. I go on the 25th June and am pleased that it wasn't a long wait.

Many congratulations I have just managed my first stone - two and a half to go! Like you, it doesn't seem to be showing yet, but in the past I've noticed that there comes a point when, all of a sudden, people come up and say 'wow, haven't you lost a lot of weight'! Well done The cup size thing is annoying isn't it? But I reckon I'll drop a band size and up a cupsize if I lose a little more as that's the reverse of what happened when I put weight on. And well done - that's pretty amazing loss! Are you feeling happier and healthier too? xxx The impression of keen whips i wear as rubies... |
