Heard it all on Radio 4 - years ago: Can't quite take the transfer to telly: I empathise a tad too much and find excruciating embarrassment in it (and the last time I hid behind the sofa was watching Dr Who - before Tom Baker...) Patience is bitter - but its fruit is sweet. |

Conchordes is awesome, love it as much as Mighty Boosh. "Have people always been this angry? I've got this really funny idea that before the internet people would just write FUCK YOU! and attach it to pigeons" - Russell Howard |

I'm the Hiphopapotamus, my lyrics are bottomless............. ETA - that'd make no sense to anyone who hasn't watched that shizzle. It's one of the funniest songs I came across by them, pure genius.

not sure if I quite get it yet, will have to watch an episode , can the clips be taken out of context of the show? "Litany, a poncy show-off with wit, a camera, and his own teeth *swoon*" |

A few years back at Ed Fest, when the Conchords were mainly a live act and no-one much had heard of them (although the venue I worked at that they played in all month was always packed, so I guess they were on their way), one Conchord stuck his tongue down my throat. It wasn't a contract, but was very nice. *happy sigh* "Well-behaved women rarely make history" |
