Haven't weighed for two weeks and I'm a little disappointed to report that I've not lost anything.
I've not had the best few weeks as three weeks ago I was due on and felt very bloated, didn't lose anything that week.. Two weeks ago I should have been on but did lose 4lbs and last week I finally came on 8 days late, still felt bloated ![]()
Feeling rather down about losing 29lbs and still looking six months pregnant (bloated) I had a bit of a binge last week.. So I guess not losing anything this week was to be expected and thankfully I haven't gained anything.
On the plus side I have lost half an inch from my waist and bust this week and half an inch from the top of my left arm and an inch from my right.. Nothing from my legs though other than the inch a couple of weeks ago.
So, still a total of 29lbs.. 3.5 inches from my waist & 1.5 from my bust.
So, back to kicking ass.. I will lose next week ![]()

big hugs and keep going honey you are doing sooooo well , I am still messing around trying to sort out how to lose the weight ... so week 8 for me = 0 lose infact it is +4 lbs lol

time of the month is bound to have an impact. Plus your body will be adjusting to the weight you've already lost so give it time. What you have done so far is great and really inspiring - well done!!! xx |

A timely reminder. Muscle weighs more than fat so its the inches and shape which should signify your progress Plus, there's nothing wrong with taking a time out as long as you don't get into bad old habits. All in all, well done. You are an inspiration!
