If you had bothered to read the preceeding discussion with this lady, which went back a very long way, you would have noticed I had been very restrained. I had tolerated her wilful rudeness, ignorance and stupidity for far too long!
What is more, having just seen one of her advertisements, I realise I can now add hypocrisy to the charge.
