So they are gonna be maybe inducing me on the 15th of may..i get a sweep on the 11th to hopfully get me started and get the baba out...apart from Sex, Curry, and Walks....anyone got suggestions?

Castor oil mixed with orange juice. Tastes shite but it worked for me But the sweep, if the gynae does a thorough job, might just do the trick. Good luck x | |

Castor oil is a no no, its actually a huge danger during the last weeks of pregnancy..i think it forces the top of the womb to contract but if the cervic isnt ready its just squeezes the baba
