For some reason, I am now reminded of that brilliant Domestos advert from the early 90s... Biiiig Dom, Biiig Dom, big bad dom. It featured a scary looking bottle of domestos moving towards the toilet slowly, gliding in the same manner in which a nun would. Even the rubber duck hid behind the sponge when he (or she) saw big Dom coming..... Anyone else remember that advert? Please! Someone! I think I have it on tape somewhere.... I am glad you asked why I taped it, because I would have felt strange justifying it otherwise.... It was an advert in the middle of the film Bedknobs and Broomsticks, which I recorded back then (er... someone else may have recorded it, as I was 3 at the time). Anyway, not only was there that Domestos advert, but that Coca Cola advert with that lady singing in a church or something. *sigh* classic TV ads, how I miss them...
