I was given a small 35g bar of my favourite Green & Blacks Milk chocolate seven weeks ago.. I decided to start dieting a few days later so I tucked it away in to one of the kitchen cupboards.
The diet's going quite well.. Lost 29lbs so far and tonight I caved in and had my chocolate. I hate the guilt that is so often associated with eating something 'naughty' whilst dieting and decided that I am not going to feel guilty.
I am a tad disappointed though that it just didn't taste as nice as I anticipated and I am in no rush to have any more.
So.. Chocolate fix over.. Back to diet ![]()

That small *lapse* has probably helped you more than resisting as now you know that it isn't that exciting once you;ve got it, so the next temptation should be easier to resist. |

A little treat now and again won't hurt. Well done to you for your progress so far. Gary x. Everyone who lives dies, but not everyone who dies has truly lived. |

Don't consider a tiny bar of chocolate as a sin, think of it as a reward for your hard work so far. Your doing SO WELL, keep it up! |
