Its been confirmed that Leo has viral menacocal. The good news is that because it was caught so early it is easily treated with antibiotics which he has been having since first taken ill. Kudos to the nursery staff who recognised he was unwell so early.
Now the other kiddies at nursery have to have the antibiotics too, poor little mites, i bet Leo is popular now LOL
The hospital are letting Leo go home this afternoon as they recognise that kiddies often recover better at home where possible. He has to go back every day for his IV meds but its wonderful news.
My sister has found it hard as she has 2 other young sons and a baby girl to think of, thankfully she has a lot of support from her hubby and my family, we are a large family.
Thankyou to everyone once again for your healing thoughts, they worked
