A couple of people have asked what this is
Basically the cells that form the lining of the womb - that are sensitive to hormonal fluctuations - well some of them are outside the womb and can be attached to a variety of internal organs.
They swell and become engorged with blood at given times when particular hormones are active.
The swelling is painful.
The cells cannot shed the blood as they would do if they were actually in the womb as there is nowhere for it to go.
It's progressive.
And it hurts.
As in I was so incapacitated I could not walk let alone drive and so...yes it sounds melodramatic - but it's true...I had to be rescued.
Ce la vie.
That was the worst one since I collapsed in Sainsburys 3 yrs ago.
There must be something about supermarkets damnit!
On a more cheerful note I now know that clothes pegs on the back when stimulated can induce ticklishness and that an electric drill can be even more inventive than I thought. And even though I got the chance to run my fingernails over the marks - I'd sure as hell like to have put them there myself in the first place! *sigh* I'm surrounded by gay boys that like pain but are reluctant to let me practice on them...life is just not fair sometimes! LOL
