After blogging last week about how desperately unhappy I was with myself, I did what a couple of people suggested and bought the Paul McKenna book 'I can make you slim'.
I've walked certain places rather than take the car and have stopped snacking and eating shit. Yesterday my mate and I each bought a skipping rope and my poor neighbours must think there's a small earthquake when I'm skipping away in my garden 
But on the plus side.. I've lost 10lbs this week

Well I've not had the book long at all but others recommened it to me and it certainly seems to make sense from what I've read so far
