Hmm, I thought the tagging system allowed more than one events post, so catching people who may otherwise miss it. Ok, an alternative idea - post a link to this thread and send it to munch organisers whose regulars may be interested in Liverpool. Oh now this could be fun. Liverpool is easy to get to from manchester for those of us who don't drive, and a thursday is well a little awkward as i am ment to be in uni at 10 on a friday morning. So providing the day was a good one i would be up for invading my home town once a month  Some people say i am evil, i have no idea why they think that. | |

I think when you look at the munch when it fist started the numbers were 6 - 10 and magneta kept it going and look at it now! think ideally it would have to be somewhere that dosent charge a lot at first and would be willing to possibblly give the venue for free till it gets going and just make money on drinks , that why at least it dosent have to make so much to break even at first till it gets going and becomes popular! | |

Well I am hopefully going to view a place in a couple of weeks aparently it has a basement... I have a friend who is a dj he would dj if I found somewhere... but its still early days... I think maybe I have opened a can of worms!!!! uh oh I'm still a newbie to this!!! | |

My response is there might be an interesting night, but doesn't THI do the job quite well? I hope we can keep our existing clubs going. Diversity is the spice of life but ... [to misquote a saying and draw attention to another in the long list of club casualties in the North in recent years]. Spankd / Decadence Diversity in Chester Shadows, ditto Mercy in Liverpool Couch Club / MUD and it's various offerings in Manc Nemesis The Alternative (much much missed) All now lost to the community. There was for a short time a fetish fair in Liverpool, one of the roads behind Bold St, additionaly a place up by the National Express bus station ran a club I belive at one time. Think one was called Mercy. Although I dont have the actually pub names at the moment, I will nip into town tommorro and take a walk around to find the pub names out for you. (one of the up sides of being unemployed lol, you can walk around all day and any new place to walk to is always a bonus)
