I'm writing an article about air travel and am wanting to pick someone's brains about various things.
Am specifically looking for check-in operators, cabin crew or customer service reps.
It's for a Uni project, so won't be published, and it's just a few quick questions so I can add some quotes from someone who knows what they're on about.
If you think you can help, and have a couple of minutes to spare, I'd be ever so grateful for a memo
