set a cigarette allowance..and reduce over time-
have her keep a how many cigarettes smoked diary.. it may be usefull in helping her stop- no sneaky fags smoked without your knowledge !- deprive treats/or punish for every fag she has without permission, and reward for every fag she declines within her allowance.

well it does say on your ad that you don't like nipple clamps...clamp a butt to each nipple? I love my red hair with it's natural thick curls so every time I've done summat wrong my Master and Mistress will either cut a cm off it (not too drastic when it needs a trim now n again but I'd still rather not loose it all!) or put it in high bunches with pink ribbons when we are about to go out somewhere - like the Bullring on a busy Sunday grrr. A very good friend of mine upon deciding to give up smoking and failing a number of times previously bought 20 cigarettes and smoked them continually one after the other. At the end of the evening he was extremely ill and to my knowledge has not smoked since. He can not even stand the smell of them anymore. M

Completely agree - being ignored upsets me like nothing else. If you REALLY want to punish her then this is the approach to take, but take her mental health into account, and at least tell her why she is being ignored....

have you ever seen cigarette ends and ash piled up in a lidded jar of water... Totally gross and the smell....is even worse !
