Very much hoping to come to this. I was always amazed there was really no fetish scene in Leeds for the four years I lived there, especially given the number of brilliant old warehouse spaces that have been converted! i dont know about driving but station to staion is about 3 hours 3 minutes. Cheaper to buy 2 single tickets than returns | ||

3.5 to 4.5 hours straight down the A1 You can use the A68 via Jedburgh (comes out near Darlington)or A697 via Coldstream (comes out near Morpeth) if you want, decide when you're crossing Soutra Hill. The only problem on the road is the roadworks at Wetherby. Plenty of good hotels in Leeds, Etap is good if you want cheap n cheerful (around £35/room per night). 42 The Calls is more expensive/boutique bit like the Borough on Causewayside.
