in Leeds.
Boxes everywhere, and i mean EVERYWHERE. Himsef is at work so i figured i'd make a start.
Started in the kitchen.....opened a drawer....tools. Opened the pantry.......tools Somehow managed to fit most things away, still some spilling out onto the counters.
Living room....hmmmmmmmm. Consists of: a 2 seater bed settee that slopes when you sit on it and chucks you off and a HUGE TV fixed to the wall under the window and....nothing. No drawers, no shelves, no cupboards, NO FURNITURE!! Where he has fixed the TV to the wall his curtains were too long and he couldn't shut them without blocking the TV, so what does my man do? He CUTS THEM WITH SCISSORS!!! Its true, he just chopped them with a pair of scissors, so we have very wonky curtains!!!
Oh and not forgetting the 'surround sound'. Can't put that there cause if you move the speaker your upsetting the BLOODY SURROUND SOUND!!!!
Upstairs.....airing cupboard where bedding and towels go..open it......TOOLS!!!!
What is it with men and their bloody tools????
This is most definatly a batchelor pad, and i can't live in a batchelor pad, i need it to look like a home, so tell me ladies, what would you do?

Men, a very strange breed indeed!!!
Thankfully i have a new sofa arriving this week so it will start to look a bit better. No room for a garage but a shed....yessssssss a shed for his tools, what a FAB idea. Now...just to get him to see it from my point of view Edited 2 Mar 09, 12:05 PM by sweetsurrender1 | ||
