As part of the York bunch that came along expecting a normal afterlife evening I have to say that I had a great night, possibly a lot to do with the company and a whole load of rope. The venue is amazing and I know that a lot of work has gone into it over the last few months by the afterlife organisers, I've never been before but the room that is newly decorated was lovely and I was utterly impressed with the venue. The downside I think was that there were random drunks rolling in from the pub next door but then I'm sure with the inforcement of a dress code at the next afterlife (and at some Friday events) that will change. It was an evening with a slight split personality but I think that was down to two different events running as one. All in all it seemed to work and Like I say I had an amazing night. I will definately be visiting the Vault and afterlife again.

Yes, my compliments to Jake, Trojan, the lovely bar staff, the door staff and everyone else working behind the scenes. A great night even though I was button holed by a tall, drunken Geordie. A big thanks to everyone who put in hard work to ensure this event went ahead. I was also part of the York group that travelled up and I am really glad I came. It was a shame about the jeans and t shirt wearing randomers that rolled in at the end of the night. When I am playing and then helping a subbie chill in their subspace I don't expect some one to try to butt in and make conversation with us both. Nay mind all I can say is the fellow in question soon got the idea I wasn't in a talking mood. As Phoenixamber says I am sure this will be fixed on future (and not opening!) nights with a more strict door and dress code policy. All in all though a top night, a great venue, nice equipment (loved the standing cage and wheel) and I can say for certain I will be back. Thanks again for all your hard work. Artificial intelligence is no match for natural stupidity. |

Well what can we say. This was our first ever visit to a fetish club and as you can appreciate we were a little nervous to say the least. We had a great night just having a good voyer at what was going on around us. The most enjoyable thing for both of us was in the back room where the whiping was going on. We found the playful whiping and rope work very sensual. We didnt get to talk to anyone but found the place and people friendly enough. We will deffo pay another visit in the near future. Well done to all involved. The only downside was the lack of changing facility. |
