I saw you, travelling north on the M90 this morning about 9.45 with one hand spreading a piece of blueish paper - invoice, leaflet, order form, blueprint, whatever - across your steering wheel while the other hand clamped your mobile phone to your ear. I'm sure you assumed that as you'd slowed to about 60 mph it was OK. No matter that your wheels crossed the rumble strip onto the hard shoulder three or four times. No matter that your wheels crossed the white line in between your lane and the outside one a few times. No matter that the car that was passing you legitimately had to take evasive action. I doubt you even noticed.
When you passed me again you had at least put away the paper and didn't appear to be holding the phone any longer, and were obviously making up for lost time.
