Most interesting...
I used to have both as a child, but the lactose problem faded as I got older.
Now I just have the wheat issue and rely on Sainsbury's Free From range for snacks.

I had the lactose intolerance for years..then it went away..then it returned with the wheat intolerance too.
Waitrose is great for awkward things like me! |

Actually Green and Blacks do dairy free hot chocolate and cocoa powder, which my sister used to have with soya milk, the hot chocolate says its made in a factory that handles dairy products though so it would possibly still not be okay

Well now I understand why you scour at me half the time. For me saying 'actually' is a nervous habit like scratching or rubbing the back of your neck. It is nothing then 'pausing' and not arrogance. I say 'the word' more when I'm stressed. |
