I hate it when people start off a response to something (be it a memo, email, text or vocally) with the word "actually".
Am I the only person who finds it sound quite rude and arrogant? Like they are saying "Bullshit the truth is.."

Actually, some of us have a dairy intolerance and can't enjoy said mug of happiness (because it become a mug of crippling tummy pains) I'll stick to my black coffee thanks....even if it does make me shake and cranky! | ||
