Well, in 2 weeks at weightwatchers, I have lost 10lbs and its such a big motivation. I'm starting to see little changes, but it's the small ones that make me feel so proud. Places are starting to tone up, im developing a little bit of muscle where I had none before, I can feel my stomach getting tighter. And this is in two weeks!
I have done weight watchers before, but I never complimented it with the gym, and I have done half arsed attempts at it, but this time just feels different. Theres a determination that wasn't there before. A feel that I'm not just doing it for my looks or confidence levels, I'm doing it for my health. After seeing my mum yo yo her weight for the past 20 years, I know i don't want to be like that and I want to take a hold now.
So yeah, I'm proud of me ![]()
oh and I'm extremely proud of my diet buddy Scarletsamm too. Youre one of my inspirations hunny, and I cant wait to see what we look like in the summer!
Good luck to anyone else whos dieting and changing habits ![]()

Well done you!! Maybe its time to dust of my WW membership myself.... "While the truncheon may be used in lieu of conversation, words will always retain their power. Words offer the means to meaning, and for those who will listen, the enunciation of truth. And the truth is, there is something terribly wrong with this country, isn't there?"

Well done that woman! Ok, hand on heart time - you and ss both looked mighty fine when I saw you on saturday anyway. But if you feel you need to lose weight, then good on you for doing so and I hope it makes you feel as good as you look

Thanks everyone for the replies. id say about 30% of me is doing it to feel better about myself, but the other 70% is doing it because of diabetes and heart disease running rife through my family, and its much easier to get the weight off now than 10 years down the line when i have a children! im excited to see the change, I cant wait to look in the mirror in the summer and see the difference, and be able to step outside in a sleeveless top and feel better about it! x 'Would it be a bad thing if I just strangled you with these right now?'
