This lunchtime I was sat in the Thornton's coffee shop in town chatting with my mother.
By an indirect route we came to discuss the CJIA, to be truthful, I was warning her that I'll probably be posting images on my blog that may well get me into some sort of trouble, and that she may get a phone call asking her to look after the cat if I get incarcerated.
Now my mother is well aware of the broad outline of what I get up to, even so, I was surprised when she showed a lot of sympathy for my position on the issue. Unfortunately we are both well aware of the realities of these issues after the damage my grandfather has caused to the family, and he didn't need any form of internet pornography to fuel his desires about 30 years ago.
For that reason she was also pretty scathing on the issue of child porn continually being linked to any sort of sexual practice that deviates from the norm. As we both know only too well, if someone is going to act on warped impulses, who knows what it is that sets them off, but it certainly doesn't have to be the internet.
I'm not deliberately looking for trouble, I don't want to be a test case, but at the same time, I'm not going to be cowed into bowing down to a bit of badly written legislation. So I'll be giving my mother the contact details for both Caan and Backlash in the next couple of days... just in case.

Only an odd conversation because It's been had with your Mother (my own mother had a heart attack at the very mention of kinky sex), although its great that your mother can accept and make sense of it and support you in this way.

I really hope you don't get into trouble, but it is nice to be able to talk to family members freely as i do too...
at least they are aware of all my kinks and some of the risks i take to live my life to my personal needs, to me its normal every day stuff, its just different to others.
I also gave my sister a e-mail and letter stating the facts of some of the things i lov in case of an accident (hope not) so it would help the person i am playing with as its consented and they know what i do and don't consent to.
That reminds me i must re-mail it to my Niece now
This is my way of being me, but also a way of protecting them to as they just won't be shocked if i ever get arrested etc.

I hope that you don't get in trouble due to expressing yourself through pictures of adults doing 100% consensual activities. It's good that your mother has such an open mind. If mine were alive, I would have told her all about my activity in the scene. On a lighter note: the cheese scones in the Barrow Thornton's cafe are gorgeous. Gary.
