The Prof is quite correct - all this ceramic nonsense is repeated time and time to me as well. Look at The Profs previous postings or visit our web site as well at http://www.nickandmorphia.com There are ceramic capacitors but they are tiny - the old ones are wax paper - the new ones are polypropylene. As for ceramic cores - thats the hv coil in the hand set - I give up. The old ones were wax paper, the new ones are potted in polymers and do not melt so easily, but then the old ones can last for 80 years or more. I can go on - but life is too short. Just enjoy them and play safe.

Master bought His from nickandmorphia its a double and has never overheated yet, i always recommend going to them and there after care is fantastic if you have a problem they will do there best to sort it out for you.
