I would rather go to the dentist than the hairdresser. Really. No, honestly.
And having procrastinated all hafternoon I shall now take my sorry tangle to get sleeked.

Dude I love going to the hairdresser! How can you not enjoy that lovely feeling of someone washing your hair? Mmmmm so relaxing .... and so nice when you come out and your hair's all bouncy and pretty! Sorry I went all mushy there. I'm going to get my hair cut at the weekend and I'm excited! roxxy

Nope, I'd pick the dentist any day too. Yesterday I had an infected tooth that had half-arsed root canal work done on it all ploughed and cleansed and a needle stuck in my cheek to numb the pain. I'd rather go and have that done all over again than get a trim!

With you.....I do fall into a near close state of sub space at the hairdressers only to be kicked back to reality with the bill at the end!! "How much.....?"

And they say gender is more than genitalia! So where are the barber phobic males on this thread? -- ETA --- Someone preferable a sweet smelling female massaging my scalp, occasionally leaning in a little too close. Yeah sure I'd rather go for root canal work! The Fetish Photo Album A free and private flickr group for IC members to share dirty pictures! Edited 22 Jan 09, 5:00 PM by MarcusStrapp

I used to hate going to hairdressers. Having long hair, i find alot of hairdressers like to get snap happy and cut it way to much...and always make excuse split ends when you say anything!! I found a hairdresser bout 2 years ago and love how she does it...i go every 6 weeks now, whereas before i could be years in between appoinments.
The only thing i hate is the price, but if its done how i like it then i can live with it !! I,m a blonde bulimic.....i forget to make myself sick

The last time I went to the hairdresser must have been twenty years ago, and that was only to have my hair French plaited. I, too, would prefer root canal surgery to having my hair done.

I would generally prefer to go to the dentist than the hairdresser. Why is it that you ask them to cut it a certain way in a very specific way (they really can't NOT understand) and they STILL cut it completely differently? And why is it that somehow they want to give you a look that's in fashion (who gives a fuck) rather than what you like and suits you, in your opinion? I have only ever met one hairdresser who ALWAYS cut it the way I wanted it and was very reasonable at just 26 quid for a wash cut n style, down in sunny Truro... Not me, I love having my hair messed with and go into a semi trance while it is being cut. International man of mystery |
