Ok...so i didn't win the euro lottery...im not £50 mil better off....

I have been offered a new job!!!!!!
Finally i can get myself out of the hell that is the place i work!!!
However....i am taking a pay cut....but in the long run i think my mental health is worth it!! Even this week i am hearing of things that have happened in work.
My Manager (and also 'friend')...who i used to think was great...keeps doing things which are wholly diasagreeable and downright shit management!!!
The friendship with her began before my emplyment with the company...my advice to anyone is dont work with/under existing friends...its a recipe for disaster!!!
The letter of offer hasn't come yet....i hope it will come tomorrow morning and then i will hand my notice in tomorrow...(thank fuck!)
Im back on the dreaded milkshake diet again for a few weeks....i still have just over 1/2 stone to lose before the fertility thing can kick in.
On a plus point i have only put back on 1/2 lbs after i stopped the shakes in Nov!!!
Im a little hesitant to say this...but maybe 2009 is going to be a great year for me???!!!!!!!!!

Sometimes money really isnt everything, particularly when your sanity and self respect are at stake. I had to make the same choice many years ago, and in the end everything worked out a millon times better!
