After some consideration I decided to give up my weekly radioshow (every Sunday) - I just don't have enough time for it, I'm always tired on Sunday evening and I find it increasingly difficult to talk in German.
If you want to tune in, I'm broadcasting live until 9 pm on www.gruftiradio.de - currently playing Portishead - The Rip from their last album 
I'm sad that I have to give it up, but I really had trouble in the past months to find the energy to do the full 2 hour slot. I'll still do the odd special though, not giving it up completely.
Maybe in the future I'll find a British webradio that has a slot free for me, I think I'll find it a lot easier to do a show in English.

its really sad leaving a radio Ours has just been shut down temporily while the owner relocates, theres some hpoe it wil return but not overly expecting it. It's not that I don't want to do a show, just finding the time is not easy lol 2 hours is a long time, one hour might be better. Actually, maybe I'll ask the owner if I could do two one hour shows a week, then I could do one with just goth/electro/folk and one with metal... ------ Come to the dark side - we have cookies! | ||

cant you ask to rerecord it and then play it in your usual time slot? that way you keep in and keep your listeners aswell as being able to fit it in your day?!! "so let me simply add that it's my very good honour to meet you and you may call me V." | ||

That's something I really want to avoid - I like the spontaneity of a live show as I can interact with people in the chatroom, play requests etc - a lot of what I put on my shows are a direct result of silly stuff we do in the chatroom ------ Come to the dark side - we have cookies! | ||

Hehe, nice speaking to you in the chatroom on there!
Still listening btw. You have a really nice radio voice It's soft but not so that you fall asleep, you just relax and listen. (Even though I can't understand a word of German!) Threads are like skirts. They should be long enough to cover the interesting details, but short enough to keep things interesting. | ||
