My profile says that I seek office help, so I thought I'd put more detail here for those particularly interested, to save having to repeat myself many times over.
Most who come here are T-girls, TVs, TS, etc. Natal girls are particularly welcome too, as are men.
Quite reasonably most ladies expect to be paid, and the capable ones are worth every penny, so if I really need a job doing and they can do it, I will.
So if you've spent periods 'temping' as an office worker, are local, and could do the odd day's work here, at the going rate, no 'extras', then please contact me direct.
I want help on those terms too, though only at peak times.
There is some work that can be done off-site too, e.g. writing, illustration, proof-reading and correction.
Sometimes for money, mostly for benefits in kind.
However, most words below concern T-girls, as helpers. Please take account of that as you read it, if you're not.
In return for real clerical work here, to my direction, you get some attention from me and the chance to e.g. do it dressed, maybe enjoy other benefits or earn the chance to acquire some of our products or enjoy some services, for which otherwise you'd have to pay.
It is real work, not a 'bit of fun' or 'make-work'. I expect it to be done right and you to work hard for several hours; ideally days at a time, to repay my time invested helping you get you up to speed.
I offer it, because I know I am not at all good at doing repetitive work, where others quite enjoy it - particularly if they can dress and act the part of a junior office girl.
I work long hours, 6 or 7 days a week. There's always more to do than I get around to. Having help like this is generally useful, it gets things done which really need to be done, but I'd maybe not get around to.
Maybe you can stay overnight; but I can't promise that unless I've met you face to face, and my wife and partner Miss Prim has met you and OKed it too. (Some visitors haven't had the same concept of discretion and good manners as we have.)
Most stay over stay with us at nil cost, en-famille. But we can't guarantee you'll have your own room with en-suite. If that's vital to you, there are guest houses locally, that can accommodate for e.g. £42 a night.
The work could be e.g. cataloguing books, mags, uniform, machine-minding a duplicator, operating a folding machine, collating booklets or catalogues, stapling or trimming them, stuffing envelopes with newsletters or catalogues.
Or something very different; if your skills and talents mean you'd be better employed doing other stuff ... such as making paddles, pony-sulkies, etc.
I have a simple dress code. Wear trousers, shorts, culottes, slacks, etc., I will treat you as a slightly junior colleague in a very 'politically correct' way.
If you wear a skirt or dress, and you want me to, I'll treat you in a way more typical of a pre-womens'-liberation, male chauvinist boss. Flirting outrageously, touching, stroking and taking advantage, expecting you to sit on my knee, or go over them, if I think it appropriate.
Given that dress code most office helpers choose to wear a skirt ... and choose fabrics that feel good to a hand that strokes or pats their bum ..
Reasons vary. Some girls get a sexual thrill from dressing. Some just feel they need to dress from time to time, but get few other opportunities. Some want to get used to working as a girl, dressed, but can't yet do it openly. Some enjoy being treated as a girl. Some find it helps them relax, others find it humiliating. For many it is several of these factors. I don't mind, whatever reason you have.
We'd prefer you dress appropriately for your age and role. Just look at women your age, doing that kind of job, and emulate them. Nothing tarty or slutty, ideally not rubber, PVC, no fanny-pelmet skirts or spike heels, (they get ruined by crazy paving). It helps put us all in the right mood. The work is done in private, in a workshop in the garden, or my office.
In walking to the house, e.g. for meals or the loo, you could be seen in a fleeting glance by neighbours at a distance of 60' or so. We'd prefer you were sufficiently passable that you'd not get a second look: even if that means e.g. camouflage with a cardigan or coat.
I don't punish mistakes with a spanking - that would only encourage many of the girls! Instead I ask them to explain to me what they've done wrong, how it came to happen, what they're going to do to ensure it won't happen again, etc.
Most really hate that and would prefer a caning!
However I do tell them that I will spank or cane them if they're insufficiently respectful. So if you do not want to be spanked, always call me Sir, always remember to drop a curtsy in thanks for any attention, don't ever interrupt me or answer me back.
However, if you do want to be spanked you can probably work it out what to do ...
Ideally I'd like a girl to turn up, change, do her make-up, be a girl for me, with me taking no more trouble than that.
But I have done some of the following, and much else besides, to and with some girls:
1/ chain them hand and foot, with only 6" from wrist to wrist or ankle to ankle ...
2/ gag them.
3/ lock them into high heels and ensure all chairs are out of reach ..
That is not a menu they choose from! They are add-on extra, that I may include as a part of your service, if I choose.
This is not a substitute for a session with a pro-Dom(me)!
When we first meet we establish your limits and preferences and you can give me the authority to any of those and more.
But I will only do it/them if I think it appropriate to do it to you. Which may be because I think, e.g because:
1/ it'll help you focus on the work,
2/ it amuses me,
3/ I think you'll enjoy it as a reward
4/ I think you'll hate it as a punishment
I'll not explain my reasons, or actions, or justify doing these things - or not doing so. I won't do it just to please them, and not usually the first time they come here, either.
If I may make an analogy, I don't ask my ponies if they'll let me drive them blindfold or wear blinkers. I'll just put a blindfold or blinkers etc. on them if necessary, without asking ... they have no choice but to accept.
However, I may ask the person before they become a pony, whether they'd be happy for me to do it, which corresponds to the chat we'll when you come the first time.
However, be careful to avoid emulating a girl who by repeatedly failing to listen, trashed £50 worth of material, took 4 hours over a job I'd have done in 1, with 2 hours of my time showing her how to do it. Then I had to spend 2 hours after her visit sorting out her mistakes ... I was not impressed!

Yes, I've employed people and had to make the last full-timer redundant in 2003. I've not been in a position since to hire anybody again, full time, even at minimum rate, though I wish I were! I'm trying to work out the economics of paying for a guesthouse overnight as opposed to a wage. Or were you expecting free labour and a willingness to pay for accomodation for the privilage? | |

Of course, if and when I need work done that is 'mission critical' to the business I pay the person concerned the going rate. A labourer is indeed worthy of their hire. I have absolutely no argument with that. But I have much other work that I'd like done, that is non mission critical, hence this opportunity. Girls have been coming to me on this basis for nearly 20 years: and coming back time and again, as they enjoy it. That would not have happened if I had been exploiting them, that has never been the intention or the reality. The business would have been a lot more profitable and bigger and more successful by now, if we had not had to bring up a big family on the proceeds from it. But we did, and so it's not ... I do not expect anyone to pay for a guest house: most who work here for days on end stay with us en-famille. However a few prefer to be independent and pay their own way. That is their privilege. As for the mishap with the girl I quoted in the blog: she wanted so much to help, that I wanted to give her a chance. So I 'leant over backwards' to give every opportunity do so, but she simply didn't listen, as many men and T-girls and a few women won't. It happens in any business, with trainees. The only option is to simply not continue to employ them, past the probationary period. I'm not being funny but you pay peanuts, you get monkeys. I have been doing administrative roles for some time now and it takes a lot of skill that is not appreciated. Your best bet is perhaps employing someone who is seeking work experience. They tend to be reliable and hard working as they will want to use you as a reference for the future.

To an extent you are right of course; offer peanuts, you'll get monkeys applying: see the penultimate paragraphs. But the reality is that I get all sorts, and for some it is a deal they find worthwhile. And if not, there's nothing to make them come here, or make them come back! If I need a job doing properly, when it needs to be done, I pay; as much as it takes, which will often be a good deal more than I'm paying myself, as an hourly rate. They are e.g retired, on long-term disability, between jobs, transitioning TS, coming back to work after being a long-term carer for a family member or spouse, or bringing up a family .. The quality is highly variable: from those who have been at the top of their professional and seek to relax with work they find less taxing, to the virtually unemployable. Best are ladies in their middle years, who've done clerical 'temping'; almost invariably they are damn good value and I'll pay them whatever it takes to get the job done. It has helped some back into work, perhaps in a different field, as a different gender, or having adapted to the disability they now have, by accident or ill-health. I have often given references, which people do find useful. It would probably have been more profitable to just do it all myself, or not do it at all. But then I would not have met nearly as many good people and enjoyed their company. I think most enjoyed my company too. Tsk, tsk, so many judgemental people leaping to wholly unwarranted conclusions, without apparently any knowledge whatsoever. I am making an offer, which many have taken advantage of and appreciated over the years. If it's not your cup of tea, why comment? I wouldn't. What I offer and do is a mutually beneficial arrangement between consenting adults, which harms nobody and is entered into with freely given, fully informed consent. Whatever happened to YKINMK and similar sentiments?
