I agree with this. I am chlostrophobic and the thought of something in or covering my mouth used to terify me. Now I can wear a ball gag and absolutely love breath play. In fact it has a similar effect on me as strangulation has on you I think it's all to do with trust and loss of control. Not strangulation specifically, but suffocation is like this for me.
