Hi I have 30 years experience of property maintenance and refurbishment work, both on my own properties and those of clients. If you want to have work completed on your property where it would help if the person doing the work was scene friendly please contact me with your requirements. I cover all aspects of building maintenance work including plumbing, and electrical installations (alarms, CCTV, TV, ECT) Being self employed I am able to fit work around other comitments as I also drive trucks(C+E) and coaches (D+E). As well as write and proof read. And when the opportunity arises I pro sub.

Hmm I wouldnt mind my bathroom redoing and my basement converting... A fixed staircase up to the loft with a rooflift... be damn tricky to get all that stuff on a ferry mind
