just a quick update on the doings of my sicki Shepard,
she had a bacteria infection which sounds like what you get when you have food poisoning from a chicken, looked like campar- ier,
so a course of tables and she tummy looks to be back to normal ,, crosses fingers,,,
been asked to bring her back in January to have a check that the infection has been cleared up, as the tablets that the vet gave she is reluctant to use again until the dog is older, something about how they could affect her growing plates,
aside from being a very good girl taking her pills, she is of the shiny coat, the bright eyes, the nosy nature, and doing about as much Sh*t as a baby elephant, ( at least thats my opinion, lucky have lots of nappy bags and there is something to hold when picking up,, )also she is still very friendly with everyone she meets,
thank you to all who responded with great advice to my previous blogg on her,
will be staying with the walfco ( gluten free, and a tad hight for my budget),for another month, them hoping to swop to a cheaper brand,
have to say that i was well impressed with our local pet city, the level of product knowledge and suggestions offered by the staff when i phoned up ( and went to get the food) was really high,,, normally i would have thought that pet city was over priced, and run by peeps would loved animals, and didn't bother about getting on, very glad to have that misconception blown away in the water,
hope you all are well, and all your furry four paws are in good health, and not raided the bins over xmas,
righ, now i know i have pet insurance , have to go dig out the forms,. and get the paper work sorted,

So very glad to hear she's on the road to recovery, it must have been one hell of a time for you. Er, You will be keeping us all informed as time goes on and pics too would be nice!!!???.....[Straight to my E-Mail if you wish] We are still thinking long and hard about having another [rescue] Shepherd either Belgian [pref] or German......
