Just to reiterate what others have - impact play is a bad idea if he is on Warfarin. I was on it for a while and I would literally bruise just from someone grabbing my arm tightly so I can only imagine the damage if someone has caned/paddled me etc.

Thanks for the advice, I should have said that although he can't wait to get back to spanking me we weren't planning a session for another month yet, and I was going to take it very carefully with him just spanking me then resting to start with anyway.

I'll get a more up to date check on his health nearer the time but it may be then from the advice here that he may only be able to have a little hand spanking and perhaps not even that. Oh he's going to be so upset poor thing but it could be worse - he could be sub instead of switch and at least he can still enjoy spanking and paddling me!

I take it his hands may bruise from spanking me so take it easy and use a paddle to help out?

Definitely. Better safe than sorry.

I have a lovely fun gentleman client in his early 70's who's just had a mild heart attack 2 weeks ago who is now taking Warfarin. et...]

STOP! Risk of Death OR Stroke! As a (ex) trained medic in the Armed forces. The advice is simple, this man should under no circumstances be doing anything but resting!

His treatment began when he suffered his Heart Attack. The doctors and nurses ,at the hospital where he was treated at,would have told him to rest, prescribing a "blood thinning drug" (Warfarin) and given follow up advice. *NOTE* "began his treatment" he is and will still be recieving treatment as the follow ups are designed to treat and prevent any further heart attack or possible stroke. His condition will probably be classed as "high Risk" and will be monitored regulary.

The answer is a resounding NO! Even if he wants to carry on you have to protect your interests too. How would you feel if he died or had a stroke in front of you as a result of taking part in session with you. With the way the law is at the moment you can be held responsible.

Merry Xmas Doc

I'd offer him chance of a cup of tea and a natter, stick with him as he goes through recovery.

I asked it once, "What are you doing on Earth?" It said, "Listen, if you're a mushroom, you live cheap; besides, I'm telling you, this was a very nice neighborhood until the monkeys got out of control.

The medical details are sufficient-if not fully explained-to clearly indicate that the activities mentioned are potentially very dangerous indeed. The advice/answer is a BIG NO

AND as the current legal offences involve "marking or briusing" and this client is especially likely to bruise badly AND be checked on by medical staff, the full story could easily come out and you go inside
