Mr Leeds, our (Reality and myself) experience is such that unless a person is pierced, the devices are easy to get out of by sliding the penis out and reinserting it. Devices seem to secure the testicles yet neglect the fact a male can withdraw his penis. I would recommend a PA used in conjunction with a steel device which would prevent this - and if it can be afforded, have a custom-made device made. At the moment, we are awaiting the arrival of the Kallis from steelpleasures.co.uk
