i don't think there were immigration laws when the saxons invaded and raped and pillaged my ancestors .... so i think that argument is somewhat irrelevant ! all for one and fuck the rest

i wouldn't object to having foreign DNA, but i was born in this country and my chosen career has been under threat by those who were not born in this country and has been for years, so much so that i am now at a place where i have to retrain to do something else because i won't work for less than minimum wage, as is the law of Britain my chosen career was extremely hard work and not the cleanest job on the planet but i loved it with all my heart and being

Sounds exactly what any rightwing/nationalist party would say *gnarf*
Being from another country myself and working over here for the past 5 years, makes me feel very welcome... not that I care what someone like you is saying Mind you, I got my job only because I'm a German native speaker, as my job partly requires to deal with German speaking people. ------ Come to the dark side - we have cookies! so.. when there is plenty of work for both british and foreign labour then all is fine. but what happens now ... what happens when there isn't plenty of work ... the last time i can recall this happening was back in the eighties .. but i'm pretty sure we didn't have such a large foreign labour force back then .. so is there an answer ... is this "just the way it is" ... will it balance itself by people leaving or will more people come here if the recession hits globally ... can we actually stop people coming here without breaching some european law ?? all for one and fuck the rest

Like lots of other people have already said: the reason a lot of those British are unemployed is because they are either unemployable or don't go looking for work. I've posted on threads like this before. I used to work for an employment agency, looking for both skilled and unskilled labour. They were a small firm, and were based in an industrial area with high unemployment. As a rule, most of the unskilled jobs went to eastern Europeans - because most of the applicants were eastern Europeans. We couldn't give the jobs to any of the thousands of unemployed British people living locally - because hardly any of them actually bothered to apply. If they'd gone out and applied for any of the jobs we advertised, they'd at least have had a fair chance of getting it. But, you can't give a job to a British person who doesn't bother trying to look for work. The people who rant about Poles and Lithuanians taking jobs that would otherwise have gone to honest British workers seem to forget this.

you seem to have a daily rant at something or another, have you looked to yourself ? the one common denominator of your woes? if you are happy and you know it, stamp your paws xxx

Why does it matter where someone is born? They are still human beings just like everyone else. If they are willing to leave there homes and do a job that some lazy good for nothing scrounger won't then good on them. I don't consider myself English or European but simply human. I've never understood the need for national boundaries. It isn't in the interest of the majority. Madness takes a troll

so .. it seems to the opinion of quite a few here that the british unemployed are lazy good for nothings while foreign workers are hard working and reliable ! national pride, it would seem, is not something to take pride in. now .. i'm saying that this is a new situation, labour has always flocked into london and the south east even when times get hard but this is something new ....
