I was sad to learn of Bettie's death. My first tattoo, done in Tattoo Heaven in Las Vegas, was inspired by her. It is still my ( and everyone else's ) favourite. | |||

Innocence? Are you bonkers? Nothing personal but surely the whole point of Bettie Page was her sex and knowingness. The painting are quite nice too.

No, I'm not bonkers at all. Drop me a memo and we can debate the point at our leisure, my friend, as you clearly know very little about the lady's background or how she became involved in the industry. I still think that a major part of her charm was to portray a kind of innocence / goodness - if you look at my tattoo, you will know what I mean. The artist captured it perfectly when he did the piece.
