Bug report: a small display inconsistancy on blogs (1)

If you look at the list of weblogs, if a post doesn't allow comments, then no "number of comments" figure is shown afteer the title; it is for posts that allow comments.

If you look at a weblog post, if a post doesn't allow comments, then no "number of comments" figure is shown after the title on the page (in the h1 element), either; it is for posts that allow comments.

*But* if you look at a weblog post, it always shows the number of comments in the window title (in the title element), even if that post doesn't allow comments.
