I do not feel though, that the Scottish Scene is somewhere that I can neither contribute nor feel that My presence really makes a difference.

This whole "I am into BDSM and because of it I have the "right" to express My opinion and as such it should be tolerated "attitude", really is a whole load of shit. With very few exceptions, from personal experience and views, it it a forum for "acceptable bullying" and abuse of weaker personalities.

For that reason, I have taken the decision to go.

I am not going to patronise or thank any individual for their contribution to My experiences whilst being there, lets be honest here, those where My choices to make as were those of the individuals who were also involved.

So, it is, with a very heavy heart, that I have taken the decision to leave the scene, a scene which I thought was an open and tolerable one, but found to My disappointment was a scene full of jealousy, bitterness, heartache and backstabbing, the likes of which I have never experienced on any other playing field.

Seems like a normal occurance in the childrens playground which is 'the scene'.

However I think that you are being a tad over dramatic with the posting....but you have a right as much as any other person to express your feelings

this girl must disagree with the "over dramatic " from people who wish to destroy others, the bullies that use a persons past against them, so in this case LL is correct, this girl is not sure why the scottish scene is like this, but it is, a sad but true fact

You need to get out more. The Hartlepool Fish Fanciers' Forum degenerates into bitchfests at times. Bitchfests, gossiping and lying are endemic in all social groups, online or real life.

Well as the victim of Politics and a fair amount of backstabbing in another location of the scene I can sympathise - however I found all I have met on the Scottish Scene to be above this pettyness - Its a few people who seem to think they are better, smarter or have a god given right to "Own" the scene to the detriment of others - as Bohnanza states it happens in other forums and big business is no exception. I have felt like giving up just like you do - but having thought about it I am dammed if I will let the pitiful few win - I would ask you to stay the rest of us need you.

Bohnanza Lady Lace made a vaild post and expressed how She felt, i agreed with her, none has the right to say what you feel is wrong , and yes i get out a lot so do0es Lady Lace, do you think we never go out the door unless its to a fetish event ? , hate to say this Bohnanza but we do have experince of life. for once please try and stop saying anyones feelings are wrong , its thier feelings

Going to events and the keyboard warriors you find on-line are two different things entirely. DV8 is a small friendly club.

Ignore the web-boards and get yer tail along. Let me know in advance and myself and SP will even meet you somewhere else before it. DV is a good night. Not the biggest club, but definitely worth visiting (more than one in my never humble opinion).
